dbms_ldap and ORA-31202 error?

My database is "Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bit".

This message is referencing the problem I posted to ApEx forum;

"htmldb_ldap.is_member" supplied function and ORA-31202 error?

Anyone experienced this error with ldap? Any workaround recomendations will be welcomed.
