Dbms_job is not running automatically

I have some jobs to execute in dbms_job, last week all of them runned automatically based on the interval I have seted, but they aren't running anymore, I don't know to say why.
If I try to run them manually they run ok.
What can I do for they runly automatically?

I already take a look at job_queue, it seens that the problem isn't there.

show parameter job_queue
NAME TYPE VALUE
job_queue_processes integer 100

Db version: Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.0
