dbms_dst.begin_upgrade - takes 12 hours

Hi there,

I have upgraded a Windows 32bit 10.2.0.4 database to 11.2.0.1 successfully and am now upgrading the timezone file using the exec dbms_dst.begin_upgrade; as normal. The database is started as startup upgrade.

This is still running after 12 hours. Is this normal behavior?

Would the amount of data in the database be the reason? I have only got about 100GB user data and very few time-stamp data types
