DBMS_CRYPTO Table Missing in Oracle 11G R2 on Windows 2008 R2 32 Bit

Hello,

I have installed Oracle 11G (11.2.0.2) on Windows 2008 Server R2 (32 Bit). The issue I am facing is that table dbms_crypto is not installed whereas dbms_crypto package and synonym is there.

Any help to either restore this table or pointer to ensure its installation in fresh installation will be of great help.
