DBMS_CRYPTO

I'm using Oracle Database 11g Express Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0. My problem is I'm trying to grant permission to my schema using this script:

grant execute on DBMS_CRYPTO to my_user;

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.

Please help. Thank you.
