DBMS_AQADM, queues

hello,

i have problems to stop and delete queues, i've got the messages ORA-06550, PLS-00201: DBMS_AQADM.STOP_QUEUE must be declared.

Maybe i have delete a package or table from SYS (DBMS_AQADM)

How can i recover it?
