We have a number of 3rd party databases stuck on version 11 . We connect to these databases via DB links to surface their data in a variety of places including APEX apps.
On 7th May we suddenly lost the ability to connect to any of these databases from any version 12 or 19 database.
All databases are running on windows.
Attempts to issue any query result in a 0600 [2252] [8871] error.
As it is all DBs and none had a Oracle change applied we assume something environmental but can't find anything.
Any ideas you clever folk?
