DBLink issue

Hello All,

I use Oracle 19c, whn I use dblink I get the following error. What do you recommend? In addition after I use dblink when I disconnect the connection Toad indicates that auto commit is disabled and that the transaction is about to close.

ORA-24757: duplicate transaction identifier
ORA-02063: preceding line from PROD
