.dbk recovery

Hi guys!
I have searched in many places and can find no answer to my question.

I have a small database running 10g (10.2) XE. After a disaster the only item I have of the database is a .dbk file. Even the old installation is gone. If I re-install XE can I recover anything from the .dbk file?
