DBD::Oracle installtion to access a remote oracle db with perl script

I want to know how to install the DBI Oracle module on Linux for perl so as to be able to access a remote Oracle database with perl script:

the remote Oracle database (Oracle 10g) is on a windows server

the server on witch i want to install DBD::Oracle has an Ubuntu 10.04 LTS OS
