dbconsole recreation

dear all,

i am using oracle 10g r2 on windows 2003 server.
i want to re-configure my enterprise manager.

i open cmd and issue the following command
emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop

it give following error

Incorrect usage

what should i do? i want to drop the repositary and recreate it.
