DBCA Warning in Oracle 11gR2 Entreprise Edition installation

I tried to install 11g R2 enterprise edition on windows xp sp3 but always getting warning before finish:

Enterprise manager configuration succeeded with the following warning-

Error starting Database Control. Please execute the following command(s).

1) Set environment variable ORACLE_UNQNAME to Database unique name

2) C:\app\winuser\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\bin\emctl.bat start dbconsole

I installed database software only first, then i ran DB cofiguration assistant for database creation
