DBCA problem, ORA-27102 out of memory

Good morning,
I´ve installed Oracle DB 10g under Solaris 10 and I have had no problem. But I need to create three instances in the same server. With the first neither I have any problem at all, but when I¨ve tried to install the second one using the DBCA and the same configuration as the first instance the "ORA-27102 Out of memory" error appears me and I don´t know which is the problem.
Before the installation I´ve configured a project user.oracle with max-sem-ids=256 and max-shm-memory=4GB. I have 8 GB or RAM in my server.
Any help will be really appreciated.
