dbca is not showing db name

Hi

OS : RHEL 4
Oracle : 10g

I installed fresh oracle on my system.i created one DB from my cold backup.

now the problem is dbca is not showing any database on machine.

my database is working very fine.

what should i do to resolve this problem.
