DBCA failed with "ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment"

Hi Oracle Gurus,

I am trying to create 12cR2 RAC CDB using silent installation.(grid version is 12cR2  )

After 2% of completion it says "DBCA Operation failed " because it is unable to create shared memory segment.

Below is the content from install log.

[ 2018-01-20 04:42:59.397 MST ] Copying database files

DBCA_PROGRESS : 1%

[ 2018-01-20 04:43:03.850 MST ] ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment

DBCA_PROGRESS : 2%

[ 2018-01-20 04:43:03.852 MST ] ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

[ 2018-01-20 04:43:03.853 MST ] ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

[ 2018-01-20 04:43:09.793 MST ] DBCA_PROGRESS : DBCA Operation failed.
