DBCA 100% mem usage

Hi,

I am installed 10g with 10.2.0.3, after the patch install. I use DBCA to create DB, I using command "perstat -a" to check the mem, I see the mem usage 100% in oracle processing. Is it a problem? or i need to change some setting in oracle?
