DBArtisan without Oracle clint on my labtop

I have windows 7 , unable to install oracle clinet, i installed DBArtisian , its giving connection errors, "can not load OCI, Please verify that oci.dll or oci32.dll exit in your path, make sure your version of OCIis 7.3.4 or greater"

Any idea to fix it, i can use DBArtision without oracle client installed ?
