DBaaS Monitor Console is showing Database Status as Stopped - although database is Running. Why?

When viewing a database service via Oracle Database Cloud Sevices, database is showing as running i.e. Start up activity has been submitted, started and ended successfully.

When viewing the database service via the Open DBaaS Monitor Console, the database status is showing as stopped, Listener Status showing as running. Why is it now showing as running?
