dba_tablespace_usage_metrics used_percent column shows over 100% usage.

lately I am using dba_tablespace_usage_metrics in my 11g databases to get an ideas for those tablespace usages over 90%.

However yesterday when I query a dev database, it shows several tablespace usages over 110%.

Is this good view to get a good picture of tablespace usage?

Or I have to join dba_tablespaces, dba_data_files and db_free_spaces to get a good pictures?

Also the tablespaces are in autoextend datafiles.
