Enterprise Manager is using Database as Repository for storing its functional data. Now we are testing by using 23 version Oracle Database instead of 19 version Oracle Database.
In 19 version, DBA_HIGH_WATER_MARK_STATISTICS gives data. but in 23 version, it gives no data.
Is it a known issue Or any setting to be enabled for getting the data from DBA_HIGH_WATER_MARK_STATISTICS ?
