"db4-devel" Solaris 9 SPARC package?

I'm trying to install TinyCOBOL on my Ultra5, but it appears I need the "db4-devel" package. I ran into the same problem that gcc couldn't find the "db.h" file on Linux, and installing "db4-devel" solved the problem for me.

However, I can't seem to find the package. Can anyone give me any pointers on how to continue?
