DB25 Serial connections help!!

Hi, I am new to Sun (Solaris and Sun Hardware), and have been given a few servers to play with (E250's and E450's) and I do not have the necessary DB25 to RJ45 adapter for terminal access. I have ordered some DB25 to RJ45 shell kits so I can build my own connectors but before I do it, I was wondering if there was one definitive wiring configuration or if each Sun device has its own. Searching on google throws up tons of different wiring configurations... Eventually I am aiming to have a full kit so I can interface my PC (9 pin serial) to RJ45 then a straight ethernet cable to RJ45 to DB25 adapter to Sun device...

Can anyone give a definitive wiring pattern for both the DB25 and DB9 connectors?
