DB2 Error... SQLSTATE=58009

Hi,
I have written a select query in my java application. The database is DB2. It is returning me an error "Execution failed because of a distributed protocol error that will affect the successful execution of subsequent commands and SQL statements: Reason code "220E". SQLSTATE=58009".
Anybody know what is happening? I am totally stuck because of this. Any help would be really appreciated.
