DB was started without a datafile. Wondering if I can recover the data from it?

Astro313Dec 14 2021

Hi,
For whatever reason someone moved a DB from server A to server B , recreated the control file and started the DB. While moving the files between servers a datafile was missed, the DB was started and has been running for months without that data file. Now customer is complaining that they can't access certain data.
Error:
Errors in file

D:\ORACLE\ORA1124\diag\rdbms\mvfprod\mvfprod\trace\mvfprod_j000_9068.trc:
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "SYS"."ORA$AT_SA_SPC_SY_16012"
ORA-00376: file 34 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01111: name for data file 34 is unknown - rename to correct file

ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SPACE", line 2277
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SPACE", line 2553

Is it possible for me to recover the datafile or data some data from it?

Thanks
