db time zone

Hi

We have two database on same server.

After daylight saving time when we queried dbtimezone from dual the date one one database match the date on server but the date on other server remained the same.

What can be the reason the date on the other database did not change , please help .

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.6.0
