DB server crashes every night at 2:00

I am running Oracle database Enterprise edition 11.2.0.4 on Windows server 2003 R2. The server crashes every night a 2:01 am. There are not planned jobs running on the server at that time.

I have been looking at the alert log without success. The event observer dones not speak more. I have been looking at the DB CONSOLE withtou finding nothing in the Jobs.

How to investigate mode efficently this problem ?
