DB Security - AVDF - ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error

In AVDF lab STEP 9.15 - Add DB Firewall Monitoring, after fill the fields with IP address, port and service name, the next step is to click on SAVE button, but when I click on SAVE button I'm receiving the following message:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
How can I solve this problem?
