I have to prepare a project in Oracle APEX environment of the following project - "Rental housing/apartment system"
The system must store (create, modify, and delete) and retrieve information about:
->tenants (name, telephone, ID, rented apartment number)
-> apartments (address, floor, type, area, type of furnishing, location, monthly rent ammount, status - free, busy).
I will mange to do this, but first of all I have to create a DB schema for the project. I mean all the table, connections and relationships between them. And here is my problem.
I spent many hours trying to create relations and relationships correctly and lead to a proper form of normalization (3NF required and at lest 2 M:N connections) but without success.
I will be very grateful if someone can help me or give me a sample scheme like mine that would guide me.
