DB Restore by using EMC AVAMAR

Dear Experts ,

We are restoring an Oracle database in test server by using EMC Avamar.

When backup team is triggering DB restore, we are getting below error.

Kindly suggest  us , what was wrong ?

Once corresponding Instance is started (no mount) state,  backup team is trying to restore the backup by using  EMC AVAMAR is GUI Tool.
