DB Performance Issue-DB Time Missing AWR

User516490-OCJan 4 2023 — edited Jan 4 2023

Hi Gurus,
os RHEL 7
19c (19.16.0)
The App team ran load/stress test with 10k users and after running for few minutes we started seeing issues... The load average on the DB went very high so as the DB Time.
Are the DB foreground wait events (don't add to 100% DB Time)are just the symptom of OS resource starvation? Looks like server is under memory pressure and appears to be doing heavily swapping as the kernel CPU usage went up really high.
Test ran between 11:00 -11:32 am (started failing around this time)
