DB Link: Data Governance and Data Security related query on Cloud

Hi All,

Please advice if there is any Data security, Global Information Security considerations to be taken care and and Data Governance risk associated when DB link based connection is applied to connect 2 different data base servers within network. Solution/Product is on cloud.

Pros and Cons using DB link based connection will be much helpful (on cloud solution).
