db file sequential read on insert due to index

DB version 12.2.0.1.0

Below insert took more time due to db file sequential read on index (IDX_LOG),Please advise how to overcome the wait event?

please find the details below.

INSERT INTO LOG_TABLE( TRANNO,

LOGNO, FIELD1, TRANDATE, TRANSACTIONCODE, DRORCR,

AMOUNT, VALUEDATE, SZCURRENCYCODE, TRANSOURCE,RPTDESC,

MERCHANTCATCODE, TRANREFNO, NUMBER1, MERCHANTSTOREID, DATE1,

SZUSERID ) VALUES( :B1 , :B2 , :B3 , :B4 , :B5 , :B6 ,

:B7 , :B8 , :B9 , :B10 , :B11 , :B12 , :B13 , :B14 , :B15 , :B25 ,

:B24

)

Below are the wait events.

Reason for db file sequential wait event is below index.

Table size is 100 million and it contains four indexes but wait event occurred only in above index (IDX_LOG).
