db file sequential read hght (slow insertion of one table)

Hi All
This is already invoked yesterday but no issues for my problem. I have one large table and inserting on this table is slow. i traced the session and take tkprof output, i found db file sequential read hight. Here bellow my output of the tkprof and please help for solving this problem.*How to reduce this wait event.
