A few times a day I have to reload the VS Code window because when I want to switch from a Production connection to a Dev connection, or Dev to different Dev environment, it won't switch. It just sits on the same connection.
Reloading the window forces the extension to completely reload, including that waiting for Oracle activation part. Then I can connect to whatever I need to connect to.
This doesn't happen 100% of the time when I need to switch. It happily complies until it doesn't.
Not a huge hassle, but a hassle. And I hate losing my script output when I do this. Especially since there's no option to save it in the VS Code extension like you can in SQL Developer.
