db_cache_size Vs db_block size

Hello Everyone ;

I am having some confusion with db_cache_size Vs db_block size.

When reading oracle documents it says , oracle supports multiple block sizes.here ---> Memory Architecture

same oracle document saying we can set db_block_size --> this parameter at the time of database creation. Do not alter it afterward. DB_BLOCK_SIZE

I am getting much confused.

please clarify.
