db_block_size = 32768 invalid

I get this message when attempting to create my database with DB Configuration Assistant

'ORA-00374 : parameter db_block_size = 32768 invalid; must be a multiple of 512 in the range [2048..16384]

I am using Oracle 9 R2, Windows 2003 Server

Please can you help ?
