DB 19 C installation stuck at Launching Oracle Database Setup Wizard...

Launching Oracle Database Setup Wizard...

I am trying to install Oracle DB 19c on Oracle Linux 8 but its stuck at “Launching Oracle Database Setup Wizard..”. I am not sure what i am missing here. Can someone help on this please?
