Hi,
I have simple application with DatePicker (display as Popup, ShowTime ON)
You can enter the hour and minute manually or through a pop-up window, but when you exit the compotent, the time is reset (00:00) and the date remains.
Exported application to oracle cloud or to my other APEX instance (serwer) works fine, it accepts hours.
Anyone can know what the problem could be, some setting in the instance, some files corrupted?
ps. I have version APEX 21.2 with Patchset 3.

I did various tests and confirmed that the datepicker control works properly if we set the date format to: DD-MM-YYYY HH24:MI:SS, even though throughout the application in the global section and database I have YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS
