date,timestamp型への演算について

Oracle11gR2を使っています。

date、timestamp,timestamp　WITH TIME ZONE,timestamp　WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE 型のデータに加算、減算をするにはどうすれば

よいでしょうか？

1日前とか1時間前とか30分前とかです。

sysdate - ???, systimestamp - ???
