Date picker not showing time

Hi,
In APEX 22.1 I had date picker type (JET) [Deprecated] fields with format mask DD/MM/YYYY HH24:MI. I change id to Date picker, then when i click on the little agenda on the right. I do not see time displayed.

Is this a bug in APEX or a regression ?
