Date Picker (HTML5) - format "YYYY-MM-DD" problem

Hi,

whether someone knows how to change the date format in the "Date Picker (HTML5)"
I do mobile application. And now I have a problem that only
can use the date format "YYYY-MM-DD". Apex does not allow the second date format.
