Date Format in Arabic

Hi Everyone,

I have problem in inserting date format into a table where together with Arabic data like 'Arabic Data'||to_date(:date_field.date,'DD/MM/YYYY');

it is showing Mar-10-03 (Month-Year-day) instead of DD/MM/YYYY.

I would appreciate your help.
