dear all
i have the column value like
RETRIEVAL_DATE
12-JUN-11 06.05.10.000 PM
12-JUN-11 06.05.12.000 PM
12-JUN-11 06.15.16.000 PM
12-JUN-11 06.17.14.520 PM
12-JUN-11 06.19.33.000 PM
12-JUN-11 06.19.56.000 PM
12-JUN-11 06.20.12.000 PM
12-JUN-11 06.28.28.000 PM
12-JUN-11 07.06.21.000 PM
12-JUN-11 07.15.15.743 PM
12-JUN-11 07.17.11.728 PM
12-JUN-11 07.17.18.000 PM
12-JUN-11 07.17.20.352 PM
i need to show the count from 06.00pm to 06.59pm as one record and from 7.00pm to 7.59pm as one record by grouping

How can i group it
