Date Conversion (Arabic Hijrah => English Gregorian)

I am using Nls_Calender in To_Char to get Arabic Hijrah date and it works fine.

Now, how can I convert Arabic Hijrah Date => English Gregorian Date.

Note :- Database Character set is AR8MSWIN1256

Would appreciate your adivse.
