in Apex, Application Defaults not set any date, datetime or timestamp format like apex.oracle.com
IG column is Date Picker type and in table it is TIMSTAMP(6) WITH TIME ZONE
in apex, set value as:
select to_char(sysdate, 'dd-Mon-yyyy hh24:mi') from dual;
to display, in Query:
select to_char(ts-column, 'dd-Mon-yyyy hh24:mi') from my table
when query in SQL Command window it is showing time PM:
select to_char(sysdate, 'dd-Mon-yyyy hh:mi:ss') tm from dual;

but when check saved value in the column, it is showing AM:
23-DEC-21 01.18.49.573712 AM +05:30
why it saves wrong time? works fine at apex.oracle.com
