Date and time on newly created VMs

Hi,

I have OVM server and OVM manager on 2 different phyisical servers (I didn't use OVM manager template) and they both get their date and time synchronzed based on our internal time server that I added in /etc/ntp.conf

This is the first time that I create a virtual machine using OVM manager and I was surprised to see that it has a correct date but a wrong time, eventhough though both "server and manager" have correct time.

Question is:

Do I always have to configure the date/time on every new virtual machine that I create? because in VMware it's different.
