Dataset problem, Internal unknown exception ( Failed to generate code )

Hello good people,

I just start a company to develop a report system, this company use microsoft TFS and i got the project in 3 days i couldnt run it...
I use, Ms Visual Studio 2012 with update pack 2, oracle db, i installed ODAC1120320_x64 and i setted tns file,

and created test windows project then i succesfully conenct the oracle db but when i build the web project i always got same error: "*Failed to generate code. Exception of type 'System.Data.Design.InternalException' was thrown.* C:\My Projects\2012\XXX\Web\YYY\App_Code\Products\L3Report.xsd 1 "

i use oracle packages and procedures,

Why i have this problem? i would be glad to solve it because i lost my control....
