Dataguard Broker configuration issue

Hi,

I've configured a primary-standby architecture for DataGuard, which is running perfectly fine with real-time log apply.
But when I start DGMGRL and connect to it.

I'm able to create a new configuration with primary database, where as while adding standby database in configuration gives me this error:

Error: ORA-16796: one or more properties could not be imported from the database

What can be the possible cause?? Any logs of dataguard console is provided???
