Datacopy from a Dense Dynamic Calc member

KrishnaSandeepMar 11 2016 — edited Mar 11 2016

Hello All,

I am trying to copy over the values for 'Balance' accounts from Previous Year -> December YTD to Current Year -> BegBalance. Period is a dense dimension and December YTD is a dynamic calc member with a formula for calculating YTD values (BegBalance+Jan+Feb...+Dec). However the Datacopy command is not working. I suspected that this may be because December YTD is dynamic calc and changed it to December (which is a stored member) just to test it, and it worked.

Is it not possible to copy data from a dynamic calc member using Datacopy? Or I am missing something here?

Ohh yeah and I have fixed on all Lev0 members of other dimensions.

Please help.

Thanks,

Krishna
