Database XE service cannot start up automatically when Window start up

I installed the Oracle 10 Database XE server (version 10.2.0.1.0) in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack 2. Firewalls is turned off.

When I installed it, I could use system to logon to the database(XE). But when I restart my computer, even though Window Services Management said the service (OracleServiceXE) was started but it was not started. I needed to manually start the database by using the Express 'Start Database' function.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Express but I got the same result. The service cannot start up automatically when Window start up.
